Hiring for a plaintiff personal injury attorney.  Remote work is available to accommodate schedules, with an expectation of at least three in-office days in Waterloo, until the attorney gain sufficient training to transition to the Iowa City office if preferred.

Seeking an ambitious associate attorney who has a passion for representing injured individuals, building a reputation within their community, and establishing themselves as a leader in the bar.

The candidate should be looking to plug into an expanding personal injury practice, starting work on motor vehicle accidents and working into, as desired, more complex medical negligence and products liability cases. The candidate will have the flexibility of developing an active trial practice or playing a support role.

Candidate should be admitted to practice in Iowa. Competitive compensation based on experience and opportunity for significant bonuses based on fee and case generation. Equity and non-equity partnership opportunities based on your preference and performance. Firm pays cost of work-related travel, association membership, CLE, etc. Firm pays cost of work-related travel, association membership, CLE, etc. Firm provides health insurance (minimal cost to attorney) and optional vision, dental, and disability insurance and SIMPLE IRA contribution of 2% annual compensation.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $105,000 per year plus bonuses.
