Job Description
The ideal candidate will be someone with two+ years of experience in business immigration, including experience with O-1/EB-1 petitions. While duties will focus mainly on O-1/EB-1 preparation and advisory work, you will also be involved in nonimmigrant and immigrant matters. We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to work proactively both independently and within groups. This will be a three month contract role subject to renewal based upon performance and the Firm’s staffing needs.
Qualifications
1-2+ years of business immigration experience required
Experience with O-1, EB-1 or NIW applications required
Excellent writing, communication and client management skills.
