The Opportunity
We are seeking an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to join our Firm. Within this position, you will be responsible for coordinating student recruiting including the on-campus interview (OCI) process and the Summer Associate program. This position will be based in our New York office and has a hybrid in-office/remote working schedule.
As the Attorney Recruiting Coordinator you will:
Coordinate pre-OCI and on-campus recruiting and registration process at assigned schools, including applicant tracking, compiling information packets and schedules for on-campus interviewers, making travel arrangements and planning events and follow-up.
Liaise with offices outside of New York to unify on-campus recruiting efforts and on-campus relations at assigned schools.
Coordinate call-back interview process, gather and track information, conduct follow-up contact and correspondence.
Organize attorney team efforts for designated schools and carry out specific schools' "business plans".
Coordinate Summer Associate Program and events. Support Summer Program as needed with additional projects.
Support overall departmental needs with special projects and statistical analysis as needed.
Salary Details
The starting base salary for this New York position is expected to be between $75,000 to $85,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other-job related factors, consistent with applicable law.
