Dvorak Law Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Estate Planning Associate Attorney to join our law firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with clients to create and implement comprehensive estate plans that meet their unique needs and objectives. The Estate Planning Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing client relationships, preparing legal documents, and providing legal advice and guidance on estate planning and estate administration matters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Advise clients on estate planning matters and recommend appropriate strategies to achieve their goals
- Draft and review legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance directives
- Conduct legal research to stay up-to-date on estate planning laws and regulations
- Participate in client meetings and educate clients on estate planning concepts and strategies
- Assist with probate and trust administration proceedings
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:
- 1+ years of experience in estate planning preferred
- Must have an active Nebraska law license
- Excellent academic and professional credentials
- Effective analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong research and writing ability
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to complete projects within deadlines and maintain effective working relationships with all members of the firm
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in a professional, concise, constructive and courteous manner
- Strong work ethic and action-oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility
- Ability to effectively work independently and with legal teams and clients
