Our team is seeking an attorney to join our Probate, Estate Planning, Special Needs and Elder Law practice.  We are a small firm located in Myrtle Beach that focuses on the needs of our clients.  We take time to carefully listen so that we may best serve our clients’ needs and interests.  Many of our clients are seniors, and we are honored to give them the opportunity to explain their life circumstances, listen to their needs and desires, and work to provide the legal advice and services that they need.  We counsel them with care and compassion and help guide them through the legal process.

We are looking for someone to join us who has great respect for our seniors and understands the wisdom our senior clients bring with them when they seek our guidance.  Our ideal candidate must have the patience to listen carefully and a strong desire to help guide our clients through their legal challenges.  Candidates must also be very organized, have a strong work ethic, ambitious and willing to learn.  Attention to detail is an absolute must as well as the motivation to help others. 

Salary will be based on experience.  We offer paid time off, a bonus structure, and a retirement contribution plan.

Must have SC Bar License.   Prefer 3-5 years’ practice experience but willing to train the right candidate.  Prefer practice experience in probate, estate planning, special needs and/or elder law but willing to train the right candidate.
