We are looking for a Corporate and Business Attorney to assist the Partners with corporate and business matters, including entity formation, contract drafting and review, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions and general transactional matters. Staff support is provided, and some flexibility with remote access will be available after the first 90-days of learning the Firm
