Law Offices of Brelje and Associates P.C. is seeking an experienced business immigration paralegal for a full-time position, with remote work option available. Qualified candidates should have at least two years' experience in business and employment immigration. Experience with PERM, H-1B, L-1, and TN as well as evidence-heavy filings such as O-1, E-1/E-2, EB-1 and NIW preferred. Experience with physician immigration (J-1 Conrad Waiver and physician NIW) a plus. Duties include preparation of petitions and applications, as well as drafting RFE responses. Our paralegals also assist with client intake, confer with attorneys to develop case strategy, and offer client support, including updating and managing status reports with employer clients.
- Candidates must have exceptional client service and case management skills
- Computer knowledge and ability to work with the firm’s database program
