Pillsbury’s Global Sourcing & Technology Transactions Practice Section seeks an off-track attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience handling services and technology transactions. Attorney will be based in the Austin, TX or Washington, D.C. office (with a remote working model) and work with attorneys in other Firm offices as well as attorneys in other practice sections.
Attorney will serve in a client facing role to support services and technology commercial agreements for clients across a variety of industries. Attorney must be experienced with drafting and negotiating services and technology agreements, software licenses, and other ad hoc commercial contracts. Ideal candidate will also have experience working with business teams to support the development of commercial contract documentation such as service descriptions, service level agreements, and fee schedules. Experience with cloud and SaaS deals, IT and business process outsourcing, managed services agreements, and other licensing arrangements highly valued. Attorney should be able to offer practical and business-focused counsel while maintaining the highest levels of client service. Attorney should be comfortable working autonomously and have experience acting as lead attorney on appropriate transactions.
