Holland & Hart’s Tax group is looking for a senior-level associate or of counsel attorney to join its Federal Tax Controversy practice in Denver, Boulder, or Jackson Hole. Our Tax Controversy group represents public corporations, privately owned companies, partnerships, high net-worth individuals, and estates in complex civil and criminal disputes with the Internal Revenue Service as well as state and local tax jurisdictions. Our work begins at the earliest stages of a tax audit and continues through all administrative and judicial phases of a dispute.
