Saul Ewing is currently seeking an exceptional mid-level Biotech patent attorney or senior-level patent agent to join the firm's busy intellectual property practice in the Philadelphia, Washington, DC, or Boston office. 

The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications. Must have patent agent experience and/or a Ph.D. in biological sciences, preferably molecular biology. Candidates should possess strong academic credentials and must be admitted to practice before the USPTO.
