The ideal candidate will be someone with two years of experience in business immigration, including a strong understanding of the PERM labor certification process. While duties will focus mainly on PERM application preparation and advisory work, you will also be involved in nonimmigrant and immigrant matters. We are looking for a candidate who has the ability to work proactively both independently and within groups. This will be a three month contract role subject to renewal based upon performance and the Firm’s staffing needs.

The salary range for this role is: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
1+ years of business immigration experience required
Business immigration experience with NIV applications (including H-1B, L-1, TN and E-3), and IV applications (including I-140, AOS)
Excellent writing, communication and client management skills.
This position requires a J.D. and bar admission to practice in at least one U.S. state.
