We are seeking an Attorney Development Manager (mid-level) to join our Firm.  This position will be based in our Palo Alto office (hybrid). The Attorney Development Manager oversees the overall administration of the attorney development function of the Palo Alto office, including management of attorney onboarding and departures, evaluations, training and development, mentoring, affinity networks, and associate engagement programs and activities. Works closely with office and attorney development leadership as well as global leadership in the New York office. Oversees incoming and lateral attorney orientation and monitors their integration into practices and the firm. Oversees evaluation processes for associates and counsel, including mid-year and year-end processes
