Duties Include: Preparing and submitting legal briefs and supporting documentation for cases involving asylum, withholding of removal, relief under the Convention Against Torture, VAWA, and adjustment of status with applicable waivers, Consular Processing, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status; Preparing clients for hearings before the Immigration Court and for interviews before USCIS Representing clients at hearings (both Master Calendar and Merits) Representing clients at USCIS interviews Communicating with various government agencies Conducting legal research Managing and prioritizing high volume caseload Requirements: Fluency in Spanish, both
