Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking an experienced Labor and Employment Associate. Practice history should demonstrate strong command of material aspects of employment law emphasizing management side representation. NLRA experience before the National Labor Relations Board and effective opposition to organizing campaigns required.  Candidates should have experience litigating matters in federal/state courts as well as administrative agencies. Responsibilities will include client interaction and periodic travel, with an opportunity to play a key role in developing the firm’s traditional labor practice.
