Two plus years’ experience working with, and knowledge of, commercial real estate finance, public finance, or economic development finance, is a plus.  Successful candidates will have existing exposure to, or a strong desire to learn, tax increment financing (TIF) law, tax abatement law, special assessment law, and other methods of public-private financing.
