Busy immigration law firm is looking for an associate attorney. The position is available for immediate hire and provides a great opportunity to learn and practice immigration law before USCIS, immigration courts, and all courts of appeals. Prior experience in immigration law is a plus but is not a requirement. The attorney must be bilingual in English and Spanish (this is a legitimate work requirement) and may be required to work evening hours and the occasional Saturday if the operation so requires.
