The Iowa Attorney General seeks an attorney for the Licensing and Administrative Law Division. Attorneys in this division handle professional licensing prosecutions and provide general legal advice and representation to state agencies, boards, and commissions. These attorneys practice primarily before administrative tribunals and the Iowa district courts, but may also handle matters in the federal district courts, Iowa Court of Appeals, Iowa Supreme Court, and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
