Harris Beach is in search of another top performer to join the team of Paralegals in the Immigration practice group. You will THRIVE in this role if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in business or family-based immigration (H-1B, L-1, TN, E, and O-1)
• Bachelor’s Degree in a field emphasizing writing or communication
• Superior writing and editing skills for complex support letters
• Exceptional oral and written communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple high-volume priorities in fast-paced environment
• Professional, cooperative, positive, and flexible attitude

The Immigration attorneys are looking for a quick-learning, multi-tasker to join their team! Do you have the DRIVE and DESIRE to:

• Work closely with clients to gather and organize supporting documentation and case management
• Write detailed and complex supporting argumentation
• Conduct research on immigration law and procedures
• Prepare draft correspondence, memoranda, and forms
