One of the premier boutique US Corporate immigration law firms in the country seeks a Business Immigration Paralegal with PERM Experience. This is an opportunity to join an established practice that has exciting potential for further expansion. 

This position involves exercising strong technical competence, organizational skills, attention to detail, and client service to support legal teams in a fast-paced immigration law practice. 

Responsibilities: 

• Provides exceptional client support, including to in-house counsel, human resources personnel, foreign national employees, and high-net worth clients. 
• Gathers, reviews, and analyzes case documents. 

• Drafts immigration applications/petitions, including forms and support letters for nonimmigrant and immigrant visa classifications. 
• Works within tight timeframes with a high volume of cases. Shows superb ability to prioritize, manage, and implement multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
• Processes incoming paperwork from clients and government agencies, including updating and maintaining immigration tracking database. 
• Issue spots and understands the procedures and documents required for each case type. 
• Has excellent organizational skills. 

• Shows the ability to successfully drive and complete projects and assignments under minimal supervision and direction. 
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills and an ability to work with all levels of a client organization. 
• Possesses strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities. 
• Performs solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to formulate and communicate recommendations for process improvements. 
• Shows reliability, professionalism, and ability to work in a team. 

Requirements 

• Excellent persuasive writing ability required 
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, and case management systems/ability to learn 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (E-mail/Phone/Zoom) 

• Open position for candidates with 3-5 years of Business Immigration paralegal experience including PERM experience.
