Moore & Van Allen has an immediate need in its Charlotte office for an Intellectual Property Litigation Senior Associate or Junior Partner. 

Our Intellectual Property Litigation Group brings to bear many years of experience in all types of IP disputes and in many technologies and industries. Our litigators have successfully tried any number of patent, trademark, copyright and technology related suits throughout the United States. While we pride ourselves on our successes at trial, we are just as proud of the creativity that we show in resolving disputes outside of court. We bring a pragmatic approach to helping our clients achieve their objectives and resolve their intellectual property disputes in the best manner possible.

Our Charlotte office is currently seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Senior Associate or Junior Partner with at least eight years of IP-focused litigation experience. Qualified individuals preferably will be admitted to the Patent Bar. Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills are required.
