Nixon Peabody is seeking to hire an experienced commercial litigation department attorney to join our office in Providence, RI. The position is in our Construction and Real Estate Litigation practice group. The successful candidate will work on matters in that practice group as well as commercial litigation generally.

Ideal candidates will have at least one to three years of commercial litigation experience, researching and drafting pleadings. Ability to work in a fast paced client-centric environment with a varied caseload involving complex issues is critical. Rhode Island State Bar admission is required, Rhode Island Federal Bar admission is desirable. Massachusetts and/or Connecticut State Bar admission is desirable. Judicial Clerkship, Internship, or similar experience is preferred.
Qualified candidates will have strong academic credentials, superb judgment and communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent client services.
