Busy, human-rights oriented immigration law office focusing on minors and families that qualify for political asylum and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status is seeking a full-time associate attorney. Duties include appearances at Master and Individual hearings in Immigration Court, appearances at the Suffolk County Family Court (for SIJS hearings only), asylum interviews and adjustment of status interviews, drafting of legal motions and documents, legal research, and case and evidence preparation.
