Lamson Dugan and Murray LLP is a growing regional law firm seeking an attorney or recent graduate to join the firm’s growing litigation practice group in our Des Moines and Omaha locations. The associate joining the Firm will have opportunities to work on numerous cases and projects, as well as participate in and handle trials in state and federal courts, depositions, motion and discovery practice, and be responsible for regular client communications. The litigation practice group handles a wide variety of cases, including professional negligence defense, insurance disputes, complex commercial disputes, and many other areas.
