Greenspoon Marder is seeking Associates for our Immigration practice group for our Newark, New Jersey office. Candidates must have 2-3 years of Business Immigration experience in a high volume practice setting, specializing in nonimmigrant petitions including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, O-1s, Perms, I-140 applications and drafting and responding to Requests for Evidence, Appeals and MTRs. Candidates should be organized, detailed oriented, have the ability to maintain and foster client relationships and manage paralegals in a high volume practice setting. Candidate must be a go-getter and a team player. This is an on-site position with possibility of hybrid schedule after a period of time.
