The Paralegal/Legal Assistant position is responsible for performing the following tasks: answering client phone calls and correspondence, preparation and completion of government forms and applications, review of supporting documentation and recommendation of additional documentation needed for case support, draft legal documents with templates and prepare other written documents that require solid legal writing skills, to be reviewed by an attorney. Looking for a team player who understands the need to get along well with all members of the office staff in order to reach the collective goal of providing professional, competent and efficient legal service to our clients.

Two-years of experience as legal assistant in immigration practice preferred

Strong writing skills required as well as strong people skills

Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
