Associate Immigration Attorney
Sapon Immigration Law focuses primarily on employment-based and family-based immigration matters. The Associate Immigration Attorney position requires that the attorney perform consultations, case assessments, and recommend viable visa options and/or other reliefs and remedies available to prospective clients. This position will be required to perform tasks including preparation and completion of government forms and applications, review of supporting documentation and recommendation of additional documentation needed for case support and occasional attendance at USCIS interviews.  The Associate Attorney will also be required to prepare waiver applications, draft memoranda in support of waiver applications, draft affidavits, and prepare other written documents that require solid legal w
