Kramer Levin is full-service law firm with offices in New York and Silicon Valley.  We are seeking a talented non-track attorney to join our New York real estate department.

The ideal candidate will be looking to utilize their residential real estate expertise in a non-track attorney role. Candidates should have significant experience negotiating residential contracts of sale in New York City condominium projects. The role will involve counseling condominium clients on open issues, directly negotiate material points with opposing counsel and managing members of Kramer Levin’s paralegal team in connection with contract negotiations and closings for condominium units across our portfolio of projects. The candidate should be someone who has strong managerial and communication skills, pursues their work with the utmost diligence, takes initiative, and works well in a collaborative environment.
