Pless Law Firm, a commercial real estate and business law firm, is looking to hire an Associate and a Senior Associate Attorney to join our team.

Position Summary:

Candidate must have 3-5 years of experience working on commercial real estate transactions, including but not limited to the representation of developers, lenders, landlords, tenants and equity investors in real estate acquisitions, development, finance and management. Experience with commercial leasing, reviewing and negotiation of purchase/sale contracts, title and due diligence, loan documents, etc is required.

Qualifications & Prior Experience:

Active Colorado Bar License

Travel Required:

Yes (0-15%)

Because we have offices in Colorado and Texas, travel for Firm functions and networking may be requested.

Salary Range:

Actual pay will be determined and adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

While our firm does not have a billable hour requirements, candidates should expect to bill around 1400-1500 per year.
