For a decade D&A has had a strong EB5, E2 and new office L1 visa practice.  Our firm has need of an experienced EB5 lawyer to help manage an existing portfolio of cases and some new matters and potentially leverage our marketing resources to build their practice.This is a senior position.  The firm is willing to invest in the right candidate to help that lawyer build a portfolio of clients and a practice.  Our firm has a full-time marketing and business development department that have made other lawyers with our firm successful in this way.Our investment visa lawyers are based in the US, UK (E2 visa specialists and UK legal) and Italy (E2 specialist and Italian law only) with two additional full-time lawyers in India together with a full-time lawyer in Vietnam.
