The West Region Attorney Recruiter is a member of a dynamic team and critical to Armstrong Teasdale’s integration function – a part of the firm’s Growth Department. This role manages the lateral attorney and partner track recruitment process in the firm’s West region, which currently includes Denver, Salt Lake City and Las Vegas. The West Region Attorney Recruiter partners with Practice Group Leaders, Office Managing Attorneys and the firm’s Chief Growth Officer to determine lateral hiring needs and establish creative avenues to effectively and efficiently fill positions with top talent and execute on the firm’s strategic growth plan.   This position requires a background in legal recruiting and the ability to facilitate a high level of collaboration with attorneys an
