Wiley, a leading Washington, DC law firm, is seeking an Attorney Recruiting Coordinator to join its Legal Talent team. The Attorney Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for coordinating legal recruiting processes for lateral associates and law students and supporting the development and implementation of the summer associate program.  This position supports the Director of Attorney Recruiting and Attorney Recruiting Manager with all aspects of recruiting, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, developing reports, and onboarding new attorneys.  The Attorney Recruiting Coordinator also provides support for law student recruiting initiatives, including outreach efforts, attending events, and other activities designed to promote the firm’s brand and reputation,
