G. Briceno Law Firm has an opening for a Bilingual Immigration Associate who will work closely with a partner to manage a large caseload and provide high-quality legal services to our clients. We are looking for an associate who is loyal, dedicated, and hardworking. We need someone who is willing to work hard for the betterment of the lives of immigrant families. Experience with Family-Based Immigration, Affirmative Asylum, U Visa Application, Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility, Naturalization, Fiancé Visa Petition, and Consular Processing/NVC is preferred. Job Description Appear before EOIR as needed. Attending interviews at the USCIS local office as needed. Conducting Bond hearings as needed. Researching and drafting legal documents.
