ImmiPartner, a San Francisco based corporate immigration law firm, is looking for a mid-level corporate immigration attorney, with expertise in high-volume employment-based case processing and client management, to be part of our quickly growing team. We are seeking a mid-career immigration attorney to serve our rapidly expanding client base, ranging from early-stage companies to publicly traded entities. This attorney will be an excellent verbal and written communicator who is confident in delivering clear and concise legal counsel while advocating vigorously before the USCIS, DOL, and DOS.
All of our attorneys embrace technology as a way to be structured, focused, and deliver on clearly defined timelines. We are big proponents of measuring our success and work product via client feedback and gathering metrics on swiftness, accuracy, and clarity.
Managing company immigration programs and advising on any employment-based immigration issues that arise through the full case lifecycle.
Setting legal strategy and reviewing both non-immigrant and immigrant visa matters including H-1B, TN, E-3, L-1, PERM, I-140s, EB-1C, and various other corporate immigration case types.
Maintaining a high-touch level of communication and responsiveness with all clients and their employees.
Responding to USCIS issued Requests for Evidence by guiding clients through the preparation of documentary evidence and drafting legal briefs to address concerns raised.
Guiding clients through Consular processing at consular posts throughout the world.
Building immigration policies to ensure legal compliance and to aid companies in meeting their recruitment and retention goals.
Juris Doctor or LLM degree plus any U.S. State Bar admission.
At least 3 years of experience in high-volume business/corporate immigration.
