Associate Immigration Attorney
The Associate Immigration Attorney will be a passionate advocate for Immigration and Immigrant’s Rights. This position will be responsible for performing legal research, drafting documents, keeping client files up to date, and representing clients appearing before government agencies including USCIS, ICE and the Immigration Court. Responsibilities Represent clients at hearings in immigration court and during interviews/appointments with government agencies including USCIS and ICE Conduct legal research, prepare for and attend hearings and/or other legal proceedings, and provide legal counsel with the help of senior attorney Prepare correspondence, motions, briefs and other documents related to clients’ applications for immigration benefits Communicate with senior attorneys,
