  The Immigration Attorney will work with a staff of other immigration attorneys and paralegals and will represent clients on Special Immigrant Juvenile Family Court appearances in NY and NJ; prepare and file I-601A Waivers; represent clients in Removal Defense via Affirmative or Defensive Asylum and/or Cancellation of Removal; and prepare and file for various Immigration Benefits, including, but not limited to, Family Petitions. Case Work Responsibilities Prepare, File and Appear in Special Immigrant Juvenile cases in Family Court in NY & NJ and then prepare and file I-360 and I-485 cases before USCIS; prepare and file I-601A waivers; prepare, file and represent clients in Affirmative Asylum and/or Cancellation of Removal cases before the Imm
