To further assist our financial institution clients, McGuireWoods has assembled a unique team of lawyers with specialized Spanish language skills combined with knowledge of the financial industry and regulatory matters as a result of several laws and regulations that require certain financial and loan documents and disclosures to be available in Spanish.
Qualified candidates will have 2+ years of legal experience. Excellent academic credentials and writing skills required. Position will include reviewing documents and legal drafting, including in Spanish. Regulatory and/or compliance experience is not required, but preferred.
