Moore & Van Allen PLLC, a large southeastern law firm with a national practice, is seeking an experienced labor and employment attorney. Practice history should demonstrate thorough command of all aspects of employment law emphasizing management side representation. NLRA experience before the National Labor Relations Board and effective opposition to organizing campaigns required. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience that includes litigation in federal/state courts as well as administrative agencies. Responsibilities will include significant client interaction and periodic travel.
