The Sacramento City Attorney's Office is recruiting for a Senior Deputy City Attorney for the Litigation Division. The ideal candidate is an experienced litigator with at least four years' experience who is capable of independently handling a robust employment litigation caseload, so experience in that area is strongly preferred.
Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: Four years of professional legal experience comparable to a Deputy City Attorney with the City of Sacramento. Graduation from an accredited law school.
