Responsibilities

  • Monitoring all tax legislation
  • Conduct research on tax laws and implementing in the departments practices
  • Develop and execute of tax strategies that reduces overall tax costs/burdens
  • Manage the preparation of tax filings to minimize tax liability and develop tax improvements to minimize tax liability

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience focusing on state tax laws, regulations, and cases
  • Big Law a plus
  • In good stating with IL bar
