Immigration Attorney sought for an Ohio based Immigration practice. This position will require legal research and writing, as well as some client contact and appearances before USCIS and EOIR Immigration Court.
The ideal candidate must have at least one year of law firm work experience, preferably in the area of immigration law, and a demonstrable interest in practicing immigration law; Strong legal writing skills a must; Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required; Preference given to applicants with previous EOIR Immigration Court litigation experience; Must be admitted in any U.S. jurisdiction but OH is preferable. In addition to these requirements, this person should be detail oriented, organized, a team player and a fast learner.
