Immigration Paralegal (Denver, CO) Full-time paralegal position at a downtown Denver immigration law firm. Work closely with and under the supervision of attorneys and as part of a team to prepare and file cases in various areas of immigration law, with a strong focus on business and family immigration cases. Prepare, file, manage, track, and tickle assigned cases; prepare forms, support letters, affidavits, and other legal documents; gather information and documentation from clients to prepare thorough filings; communicate with clients regularly regarding case status and processing; maintain files and database records in an orderly and timely fashion; other administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements: Education: Associate Degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent training/experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Prior immigration paralegal experience preferred including knowledge of employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and family-based applications and petitions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, superior customer service, uncompromising ethics and integrity, ability and desire to work as part of a team, and passion to work with clients. |
