The Sacramento office of Peebles Kidder seeks 2 Associate Attorneys. One with experience in the areas of business transactions, corporate governance, contracts, economic development, or finance and one with litigation and dispute resolution experience. The minimum qualifications include:

Provide counsel and legal services to new and existing clients in a professional and expedient manner. Apply knowledge of legal procedures; conduct legal research; prepare memoranda and necessary pleading required in all aspects of tribal, federal and state litigation matters. Draft agreements and analyze documents; gather evidence; interpret laws, rulings and regulations. Achieve firm's monthly and annual billable hour requirements. |
