Attorney

Lamson Dugan & Murray LLP is seeking an attorney to join the firm's growing litigation practice group in our Des Moines location. The ideal candidate would possess at least 2-5 years of litigation experience, preferably some experience in medical malpractice defense. The Firm is seeking a candidate experienced in legal research and writing, conducting depositions, managing cases, and meeting deadlines. A competitive candidate would also have experience as a first or second chair in civil jury trials. Candidates with less litigation experience will be considered depending on qualifications.

This candidate should be a self-starter with practical and technical experience, looking to enjoy the support and reputation of a respected Firm. The litigation practice group handles a wide variety of cases, including professional negligence defense, insurance disputes, personal injury, and many other areas.
