Experience in litigation defense work, including depositions, courtroom appearances and trial, is preferred. Experience in general litigation defense with an interest in insurance defense is preferred. Wolfe Snowden is looking for individuals with one or more years of experience for entry level positions and individuals with five or more years of experience for lateral hire. Successful candidates will work closely with partners whose practices include insurance defense, personal injury and professional liability. Ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter with excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be licensed to practice in Nebraska or pursuing admission to the bar in Nebraska.
