Mehta & Partners PLLC, a highly regarded New York immigration law firm,  seeks a well-rounded immigration attorney who will enjoy working in a broad range of immigration practice areas including H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, EB-1,  consular processing, adjustment of status, naturalization, waivers, family petitions, and appeals. The ideal candidate must be detail oriented, capable of managing a large caseload, possess excellent writing skills and have a voracious appetite for research and scholarship. Must also be admitted to the NY bar and possess at least 2+ years of a broad range of experience in immigration law. Salary commensurate with experience + benefits (health + 401k).
