Corporate Attorney

Bricker & Eckler LLP seeks an attorney to join its Business Industry Group in their Columbus, Ohio office.  The ideal candidate will have 2 - 4 years’ experience in corporate governance and tax law.  Basic securities and merger and acquisition experience, a plus.

Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.  Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.
