Requirements and Qualifications:
Attorney with immigration law experience including family petitions, VAWA, asylum, consular process, waivers practice and strong removal defense.
Fluency in Spanish and English is preferred
Excellent legal, writing, and analytical skills required
Candidate must possess strong organizational and case management skills
Must be a team player, command strong client communication skills, and be able to work in a fast- paced high volume environment
Ideal candidate would be barred in the state of Florida.
