Comply with a weekly work schedule and write legal arguments for the different cases.
interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
Present evidence to defend clients before the federal government.
Represent clients in court or before government agencies
Present and summarize cases to judges, USCIS, Department of State and Department of Labor.
Study Constitution, statutes, decisions, regulations, and ordinances of quasi-judicial bodies to determine ramifications for cases.
Prepare, draft, and review legal documents.
Knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, agency rules.
Some Immigration Law experience, Spanish.
