You must have immigration law experience (prefer 7+ years). To be a key player on a team, you must have experience with a variety of types of business and family immigration cases, such as H-1Bs, marriage-based green cards, naturalization, EB-1As, O-1As, EB-2 NIWs, L-1As, EB-1Cs, E-2s, E-1s, and PERM and EB-2/3s. You should be empathetic, communicate clearly, patient, dedicated to attention to detail and accuracy, a team player. A foreign language is a plus. We need you to have a creative and strategic problem solving approach to immigration law, as well as be adaptable and have a growth mindset and great attitude. You must be excellent with clients and very professional. You must also be willing to share your expertise with others.
