This is an opening for a full-time position. Primary duties include advising and representing county offices, departments, commissions, and boards on legal issues; representing the county in civil litigation; and drafting and reviewing contracts and intergovernmental agreements. The position involves legal advice, research, document drafting and review, enforcement of county ordinances and litigation.

The County Attorney is the legal advisor and chief law enforcement officer for the county. The County Attorney’s duties include:
